| Equipment | Matrix Fitness inventar. Kesksel kohal on Mega Rack kükipuurid kõikide lisadega, kus saab edukalt treenida kogu keha nii individuaalselt kui ka väikeste rühmadena. Selline Mega Rack puuride konfiguratsioon on Eestis veel suhteliselt ainulaadne, aga väga levinud USA ülikoolide ja spordimeeskondade treeningsaalides kuna hõlmab endas väga mitmekülgseid treeningvõimalusi nii jõu kui kiirusomaduste arendamiseks. Jõusaalis on olemas pea kõik põhilised jõumasinad nagu ketastega laetavad jalapress, säärepress, tasakaalsustatud Smith`i siinidel kang, regulerritava kõrgusega ristiveo plokid, üla- ja alatõmbe masinad seljale, triitsepsi press jms. Eraldi pingid veel biitsepsile, jala tagaosale, alaseljale, kõhule, lõuatõmbele ja triitsepsile. Loomulikult ei puudu saalist ka vabad raskused nagu kvaliteetsed polyurethan materjalist monoliitsed hantlid, Barbell kangid, sangpommid või ajakohased funktsionaalse treeningu abivahendid nagu Cross-Core`d, Plyo-Boxi`d, Battle-Rope´d, Weight Bag`d jne. Soojenduseks ja kardiotreeninguteks on saal varustatud sõudeergomeetri, ski-ergomeetri, tipp-tehnoloogial wattidel tagasiside ja jõutestidega siserattaga, cross-trainer ellipsiga ning oma keharaskusel töötava jooksuraja eritrenažööriga, kus saab arendada nii kiiruse- kui ka jõuomadusi ja kasutada funkstionaalse treeningu osana nn. kelgulükkamise harjutamiseks. |
